While exploring the Angel de la Independencia on a rainy, trippy night, we spotted Medusa on the monument's east side, facing Centro. What the ... ? The Angel was designed by Antonio Rivas Mercado and Enrique Alciati, but a search turns up nothing. There may be an obvious explanation for it, who knows.
